Add keyboard shortcuts to the client. Specifically:

- Arrow keys to navigate message / folder lists - Hotkeys for compose new mail and reply - Delete key to delete selected messages - Some shortcut to go back to Inbox from message view

Latest CVS has arrow key navigation of message list.  Other
keys should be easy to add using arrow keys as a template. 
Be sure to make sure that the "last clicked location" is in
the message list before allowing use of any key short-cuts.
