Attachment icon is not shown when Content-Type: multipart/signed

Description

I have digitally signed message with attachments (Content-Type: multipart/signed). In this case attachment icon is not shown. I attach patch to solve this issue (since RC does not support S/MIME, smime.p7s is always an attachment - no matter if there are other attachments or not).
