roundcube webmail not logging me in

Hi, i use roundcube on the internet at webmail.eu.com and i type in my email address and password and its not loggin me in at all. it comes up with the warning login failed. i havent changed my password or email address or anything, so wondering whats happening at round cubes end. when i try to look at roundcubes forums for myself, its all technical jargon with imaps and pop3 servers, i dont use those, i prefer the non complicated way of doing it on the internet because i cant understand computers very well. i need to access it though however, because my home business is run through it so its important i need access. hope someone can help from roundcube to let me know whats going on. sorry dont know what version it is, its through moonfruits domains and it goes to webmail.eu.com/
