user should log on to domain without typing domain name

Description

$rcmail_configusername_domain? = "mydomain.com";

In main.cf only one domain i can add,so that user can bale to log on without giving domain name.how the user can log on to multiple domain without typing the domain name.

So how can i add multiple domain in main.cf ?
Please assist me to proceed further.
