"Add to addressbook" button shows up even if address is already in the address book

when viewing a message, a little button with a silhouette shows up after each address (the button has class="rcmaddcontact"), with a mouseover title "Add to Address Book", even if the e-mail address and name is already in the user's addressbook.

This makes it impossible to tell whether the user should add the name or not. If the contact is already in the address book, the icon should probably either:

• look visibly different, have a mouseover title of "view addressbook entry", and have clicking on it open a new window with the addressbook view of that contact, or
• look visibly different, have a mouseover title of "already in addressbook", and not be clickable, or
• not appear at all.
