Description
With password plugin: when password change doesn't succeed, two (same) error messages are displayed. One in the footer and one in the popup. Only with larry skin.

That's correct. Error messages additionally trigger a popup which disappears towards the status bar after a few seconds. This is to make sure that the user notices the error which is now a bit more discrete in the status bar at the bottom of the window.
