1488280	Default to addressbook in view.	drsbaitso		"When clicking on the addressbook, I'd like to have a setting to allow the default view.  IE, I store everything on my CalDav server, and instead of opening the personal addresses first, I'd like it to open this addressbook.

You can already set where to save it by default, so you could theoretically cherry-pick the preferred addressbook from here.
