custom favicon and watermark

I like the new option $rcmail_config[''skin_logo''] very much and would like to make the suggestion to also treat favicon and watermark images like the logo. These should be the three files most admins change - but keep the default skin.

Would make life easier when upgrading.

Sorry for temporarily re-opening this one, but duplicate of which issue? I've searched the ticket queue and found a few issues with the "favicon" term in their issue summary, but I cannot figure out which exactly is supposed to address this so I can follow. Link please?
