Add BR tags between 'jobnames' 'namefields' in Addressbook display

Description

In svn-5026, when using 'jobtitle', 'ou' and 'o' fields from LDAP, these three fields are displayed on a single line just below the contacthead. There is no delineation between the three fields, which makes it difficult to read. Would be ideal if there could be an HTML BR tag inserted between as many of these fields as are present.
