address book issue with two fields

Description
When editing an address book record, there are two fields that do not save properly. They are WORKFAX and NICKNAME. HOMEFAX works fine.
I am running revision 4751
also I have found and corrected some other bugs in addressbook on my own. Are you interested in hearing about these fixes? If so, let me know and I will post them.

NICKNAME works for me.
