This label is being used in two places as a button label, in attachments upload form and in contact's photo upload form. I think the current version is better (especially for the second form) than proposed two. I'm not sure if we should differentiate labels in these two places.

And because these buttons are displayed in isolated popup element I think "Wyślij" is the best in this situation.

"Załącz" is better because people think "Wyślij" will send whole email including attachment. This is info from our BOK here who deals with customers using roundcube.
Leave "Wyślij" for photo and use "Załącz" in attachments.

We could also eliminate Upload button at all, according to #1487793, but I'm not sure we can make this cross-browser.

onet.pl or wp.pl webmail client (don't remember which one) has multi-file in single dialog attaching capability, and I guess it works with most of (but likely not all) browsers. So something like that should be possible to add to roundcube, too.
In meantime Załącz is much better than Wyślij.

"Upload" button works in isolated popup element. For me it's clear that it can't Send mail and is consistent with Addressbook, where the popup is used for photo file upload.

Replying to wojtosz:
The correct translation to "upload" should be "Załącz".
