Message list issue after removing column using IE8

Description

There's a display issue after removing a column from it. It's width is wrong and it's not possible to force a redraw in any way. Only page reload fixes it. No problem with IE6 and IE7.

Adding a new column to the list forces redrawing.

This is an issue also in Larry.

After more than an hour of trial & error I give up on this. Nobody understands the rules of the IE rendering engine. I suggest to force a page reload when one changes the list columns in IE8.

I can't believe that.... and I tried 100 css tricks but without success.

Yeah, I've spent a few hours too to finally find this solution in second round.
