managsieve rules are not activated

Description

After updating "managasieve" from the version included in 0.5.1 to the trunk version (r4562, because of the IMAP flags) the activated ruleset is not written to the sieve file on disk. Also, after activating a ruleset it says "<rulesetname> (active)" but after reloading the page the "(active)" is gone again.
