Description
The Attachment Upload Button (Browse) in compose mode has no label only in IE testet with IE7, IE8 and IE9 Firefox works fine.
I think the Bug comes directly from IE when the uploadmenu is set to display block the text on browse button is not display.
i have no idea or solution for this. my only idea is a overlay images as button. The goodie on this solution is the button can with an overlay image localizable.

Works for me with IE8. This label is not set by Roundcube. "Browse" button for file input field is generated by browser. Could you check on different page using input of type "file"?

Yes i have testet on other sites and the file upload button has label only in roundcube attachment form i miss the label.
i think the issue comes from IE 9 Beta in all Modes (IE7 IE8)
i have now testet on other pc with IE8 and the Button displays correctly.
the best is waiting for IE9 Final.
