Add alias for CP950

Description

Can an alias for CP950 (MS950) be added into main.inc? Some clients seem to use MS950 although it isn't standard:
[2010-10-17 17:11:01 +0800]: PHP Error: Could not convert string from MS950 to UTF-8.
