Add attachment button is greyed-out in 0.4 stable

After upgrading 0.4 beta to 0.4 stable everything works fine, except that the add-attachment button is greyed-out. Also the plus-image in the attachment column is greyed-out. Not a single configuration has been touched, plugins stayed the same, permissions have been kept.

Works for me. Are you using default skin? Try to disable all plugins. Try to clear browser's cache. What browser?

Same issue here. Apache 2.2.3-43, PHP 5.2.10. After upgrade from 0.3 to 0.4 (copying php files, running update.sh and applying sql code) everything works fine except the add attachment button. No plugins, default skin, cache cleared, same problem with Firefox 3.6, IE 8.0, Chrome 6beta.

Works for me now, was my mistake: We customized the skin in 0.3, and the compose template had to be slightly adapted to work with 0.4 stable. Thanks for the hint to have a look at the skin!

Same issue here. Everything worked fine in .4b, grayed out in .4, nothing has changed. Server has the latest everything, IE8. Tried a "classicblue" skin online instead of default because that had been suggested as a cause, button is gray in both skins, checked to see if it would click anyway and no. Neither attach file button nor plus work.

May have found a solution- do not upgrade, do a clean install. Upgrading somehow caused the interface to display the .4b screen, while a clean install showed the correct .4 screen. Re-skinning still left the .4b format of the screen, hence the problem.

Keep your databases if you need your contacts and mail, but clean out your install directory. Check .4 screens to ensure you're getting things displaying correctly.
