Add Recheck button or option to spellcheck, similar to Gmail

Description
In lieu of check-as-you-type functionality, and in addtion to the toggle on/off for the spellchecker buttons, having a "Recheck" button to rescan the compose field and leave the spellcheck active (as Gmail has) would be a big improvement that many users would appreciate.
