"Threaded" checkbox for newly created folder does not propagate.

Description

When the user creates a new folder (and this is usually a subfolder), it appears with the Threaded property checked by default, so the expectation is that the view of that folder will be threaded. However, it is actually created non-treaded. If you switch to e-mail view and back to folder management, the flag is not set.

Moreover, if you toggle the flag off and on immediately after creating the folder, that does NOT help. Like before, if you go to the main e-mail view and back to folders, it is unchecked.
