I have been seeing intermitent instances of the send button not appearing over the past week+

When the button is absent the following text appears:

ss="buttonPas send" title="Send now" id="rcmbtn106" href="#" onclick="return rcmail.command('send',,this)">

I have seen this issue in the latest versions of FireFox?, Safari and Chrome
