yeah, i reverted every site to svn 3806, where it still works, broke somewhere after that

Alec, why did you think compose_addressbook would have something to do with that? if there is some issue with my plugin id love to know :)

Im seeing this as well, IE8. Same error. reverting to 3809 fixes it. 3810 introduces this bug.

Didable compose_addressbook plugin and try again.
