Quota indicator hide/show switch

Description
My suggestion is to move quota progress bar to the new bar under mail list. It could be on left of preview checkbox. Now it's alone at the bottom of site.

I prefer centered position (#2).

Suggestion 2 looks good to me. Up for discussion is a toggle button to show/hide the quota display as seen in Mobile Me (see attachment).

A toggle button would be nice also for better performance.

It's alone because it's not related with messages list. Maybe mailboxlist footer is a better place.
