Just an idea:
Is it possible to mark all parentfolders bold (without counter/couting unread messages in subfolders) if a new or unread message is in a subfolder.
If you have a complex folder-structure you actually have to expand all folder to check if new messages arrived (when you have created message-rules for sorting incoming messages on your server). Bold parentfolders would simplify that.

no, thats no what I meant.
The folder that contains the new mail is already bold + message count in brakets. What I want, is that the parent folder and parent parent folder should also be bold.
Why? you cant see new mails unless you have expanded all folders.

I have
parent
subfolder
subsubfolder (1)
When I collapse 'subfolder', its name will be bolded. When 'parent' is collapsed, its name is also bolded.

this feature doesnt work under larry anymore (bold folder, if subfolder contains new messages) - with the old skin it works.

Fixed in Larry with commit [dcf23b93]
Works for me. check_all_folders must be enabled.
