1486759	Option for save message in same folder as received message when replying	rosali		"Thunderbird has an option to save a message in the same folder as the message which is replied.

If you would implement this option and add 'Re:' at the end of the subject '(Re)', we could have some kind of threaded view by sorting the subject. Or modify the sorting routine to ingnore the leading 'Re:'.

This would be usefule for servers which do not support threads.
