Add Attachment AJAX dialog missing

Description
I have installed 0.4-beta alongside r3325-20100305 nightly build and updated database schema as requested using Web installer. After that I tried to send an email with attachment since dropping file extensions by 0.3 and earlier was the reason to use nightly.
The problem was that plus sign (add_act.png) which is supposed to open "inline dialog" for choosing attachment doesn't show up, I've checked r3325-20100305 and fortunately it is still doing well so I suppose it's not server configuration issue. main.inc.php has been copied from nighlty but I don't see changes in it since that nightly.

Try to clear browser's cache. Works for me.

Yeah, that's what I supposed to hear so I tried to ask on IRC first.
Anyway, I found the problem: skins made for older versions are apparently not compatible with 0.4-beta. With default skin everything is working fine.
