1486654	0.4 Beta upgrade DB check always reports inconsisten schema	daduke		I tried upgrading 0.3.1 to 0.4 Beta and even after performing the DB changes from postgres.update.sql the upgrade checks (both web installer and update.sh) reported a wrong database schema.
