Problems after ugprade

Description
Hi,
I had version 01.stable with hmailserver in a windows server. In a new server, with windows too, installed same version of hmailserver and upgraded roundcube to 0.3.1 version. I made the upgrade of the database. All runs fine, except when seeing folders in the botton it says there're for example 80 mails but I can't see one of them. No problem with new mails, the problem is with the old mails. The number of mails in the folder is correct but I can't see them.
Any help about what is the problem?.
