Roundcube doesn't use system/host printing preferences

I'm printing to a printer, set to print to an A4 sized paper.
The host print settings have been set to A4 as well.
Firefox settings have been set to use A4 too.

Issue:

  1. Printing mail through clicking the 'More Actions'-> 'Print this message' opens a new window for printing and a print dialog. The print dialog defaults to 'US letter'.
  2. Using the new window to print the mail, uses the correct setting (A4). But this means, I'll have to cancel the print dialog, then manually choose 'Print' from Firefox's menu.

Roundcube doesn't set paper size and will not.
