Description

I have enable the "debug:level=4" and my specified error is this:

PHP Error: Error loading template for 'login' in /var/www/html/program/include/rcmail_template.inc on line 283

In lan it works well (http://mail.company.it/ that resolved with 192.168.0.150, out of lan the address change in "http://mail.company.it:81/" and with a pat it redirect to port 80 of myserver... the fw rule works well, infact i read the error that i reported up...

What can i do to solve this problem? I tried to search the solution also in your existing ticket but i don't find nothing.

Help me,please!
Thanks in advance

But what exactly is your problem? What version are you using? Are you using any plugins? Disable them. Don't use debug_level = 4, use 1 instead. Finally, this is not a support forum.

Ok, i have set debug_level=1 as it was at the beginning...
my problem is that if I try to see the webmail from the internet, I get the error that I mentioned below, and I'm not even see the login screen. From inside it works correctly.

PHP Error: Error loading template for 'login' in /var/www/html/program/include/rcmail_template.inc on line 283

Can anyone help me please?

Roundcube plugins from plugins directory. See 'plugins' option in config. WHat version are you using? PHP? OS?
