Description
When navigating through emails in a folder, I can use the wheel on my mouse, the scroll bar and the cursor buttons. Unfortunately it is not able to use the buttons home/end to get to the first/last message in a folder. Neither do the buttons page up/down work to scroll up and down a larger number of messages.
That would be a neat and helpful feature.

Home/End? support added in [bc2accc4]. In my opinion Page Up/Down? should be used for list page changes.
