issues with default special folders

Description
in case the default special folders are set correctly in the installer, roundcube doesn't behave as expected.
first, the special folders aren't listed in the mailbox list. they simply don't appear at all.
second, at the special folder configuration setting in roundcube the folders in question, i.e. the ones set in the installer, don't appear in the dropdown menus.
