Description
Having recently promoted our webmail from scquirrelmail to roundcube (You must get that a lot) - I've been asked if the interface can have a couple of features. One of these is to be able to make an imap folder (and presumably its child folders) a particular colour.
I would be happy to be assigned this ticket, and submit a patch as and when I have one ready.

This can be implemented as plugin (see Archive plugin for example code). I don't think we need this in core.
