please consider moving CSS for ul.toolbarmenu to common.css

Description

At the moment all the CSS for ul.toolbarmenu, ul.toolbarmenu li, ul.toolbarmenu li a.... etc is in skins/default/mail.css. Please consider moving it to skins/default/common.css so that toolbars can be added to other parts of the system, such as the address book, without the need to duplicate the CSS. Thanks.
