Webmail personal settings timezone does not save.

Description

If you set the timezone to anything except "Auto", click Save, and go away from Personal Settings, going back to the Personal Settings pane continues to show "Auto". Presumably, for whatever reason the setting isn't being saved, so possibly a DB issue?

Works for me with svn-trunk version. What PHP, browser, DB versions? Any errors in log?

Are you using any plugin? Maybe related to #1486183
