Creating a new ticket can be very confusing

Although you have excellent documentation for creating a ticket, it is unfortunately still quite complicated. There are 2 reasons for this:
- All the "bug report" links point to http://trac.roundcube.net/report. This is not exactly useful. Something like http://trac.roundcube.net/newticket would be much better.
- What's worse, it's _quite_ difficult to find the create-user link. I had to ask on the IRC channel to find it. It would be really nice if it was mentioned in the documentation.
