I followed the tutorial for installing roundcube under Plesk 9.2.1 instead of atmail: http://www.roundcubeforum.net/general-discussion/5034-how-install-roundcube-plesk.html
I use the settings that tutorial details.
I find that roundcube works fine for email accounts which have had emails sent to them, but doesn't allow login for new email accounts which have no emails (I can't login at all and it hangs at the login for on a blank page).
No errors are being put out in the logs. I do not experience this problem with horde or atmail. IMAP connection is successful. I use postfix.
Is the INBOX folder actually being created by Roundcube?
