Description
If a reply is created by opening the "Reply-To"-page in a new tab (e.g. middleclick on reply-to-button in Firefox) the In-Reply-To Header of the message is not set correctly (read: its missing).
System: Apache 2.2.3-4, PHP 5.2.0 running on a debian stable
Steps to reproduce: Open Roundcube with firefox, open an email, open the reply-to-page in a new tab, reply.
I apologize for opening a ticket for an old version of this software, but I cannot update the RoundCube-version used on "my" server.

It is - I'm using Firefox 3 with the middleclick w/o any special meaning (e.g. scrolling is possible by middleclicking on an empty space on the page and afterwards moving the mouse) and "soft scrolling" enabled.
STRG + leftclick should give the same result.

Please update. I'm unable to reproduce with svn-trunk version.
I'm unable to open compose window with middleclick nor rightclick. Is this really possible?
