mail_domain is ignored?

Description

Hi,

I upgraded from 0.2.1 to 0.2.2 and now new users have no email address. So the Sender field is empty and they have to create a identity first or enter their email address each time.

But in main.inc.php $rcmail_configmail_domain? is set to 'abcxyz.de' and the user@… addresses are valid.

With 0.2.1 the addresses where set properly.
