expand and collapse ALL folders

I'd like to have an "expand all/collapse all folders" button.
I am using lots of subfolders and this feature would save lots of time instead of clicking on every serveral folder.

This function is available in the context menu plugin.

NB. To get this feature you need to latest dev version of the plugin from the git repo, requires latest SVN version of RC ​http://github.com/JohnDoh/RoundCube-Plugin-Context-Menu/tree
