Can't download attachments via IE7 on XP.

Description
When I try to download a attachment using IE7 on win XP. I get a strange error.
See attachment.
When using another IE7 installation on a different PC, it just works. Downloading files from the same server, using the same SSL-certificate works.

0.1-rc2 version? If this works on other PC, then it's not a roundcube issue. Try Windows Update.

The PC with the problem isn't mine (school), and I can't update anything.
I know that school uses a very restrictive proxy server, but downloading other files via plain HTTP just works.
If it is a Windows/IE/proxy problem, what do I tell school's system admins?
What is the difference between a Roundcube attachment and a regular download?
I think that the Windows installation is just up-to-date, but I can't be sure...
