pressing select-all/select-all unread *multiple* times disables movemessagetotrash

hi,

using roundcube 0.2-stable,

• i open roundcube, no message
• i press the select-all unread messages listcommand.
• all read unread messages are selected, move-to-trash gets enabled
• i press select-all unread messages for the second time.
• move-to-trash icon in the top toolbar gets disabled.

• i press select-all unread messages for the third time.
• move-to-trash icon remains disabled

• i press select-all messages for the first time
• all messages are selected, move-to-trash icon is enabled.
