"New identity" dialog wrong

Description
In IE 7, the New Identity dialog appears inside the left pane instead of the right. In Firefox 3, it's invisible altogether.

After an update you must delete the file addidentity.html from the tepmlate directory then it works. Please add this to the UPGRADING file
