cannot add new identities

Description

When im clicking on "newidentity" in "Identities" tab from Preferences i show another "newidentity" button instead of place to input new data. And when i click on that another "newidentity" its just reloads page with the same "another newidentity" button.

I`m using latest SVN version (2132 revision)
