A couple of css fixes for ie6...

ie6_radiobuttons.r2118.patch - removes the borders from radio buttons and checkboxes in ie6

ie6_previewpane.r2118.patch - removes the horizontal scrollbar from the preview pane. this should fix #1484633 as well

I have tested the patches as in ie6+7, ff3, safari and opera all on windows.
