1485598	Alt-text + CSS Image Replacement in HTML Emails	smultron		"In HTML emails that contain images, RC replaces these with a pink box. It would nice if it also displayed the alt-text for the image (if available), or could render CSS Image Replacement methods correctly. Right now, RC incorrectly places the text on top of an image when an HTML email uses CSS Image replacement (the image should go on top of the text to hide it).
