A problem with saving attachment in PDF

Good afternoon. Using the latest version of RC we have a problem with saving attachment in PDF. The files are downloaded not completely and when opened it appears that they are damaged. An example of letter is in attachment.

The attached PDF is a Russian Mobile Operator account statement.
I use the same operator and also get these.
There are two problems with the message:
First, it is malformed:

Content-Type: multipart/mixed; 
	        boundary="----=_NextPart_453d1fca_b0a6_49db_a616_ee501b46423c" 
	        boundary="----=_NextPart_453d1fca_b0a6_49db_a616_ee501b46423c"

As such RC cannot display the body and attachement in it. Thunderbird can.

Second, when I remove the second offending boundary= I can download the pdf in IE 7 and FF 3. In Opera 9.60 the extension is changed to .htm but file is saved OK and can be viewed when renamed to .pdf.

Works for me with svn-trunk (also with Opera)
