when I try to add a new identity I got an display error, which means, that I receive the form (checked in firebug), but it isn't displayed.

I have checked the html and found some missing </div>-tags. Maybe you js-implemetations is corrupt?

Tested in Firefox 3.0.3 (Ubuntu) and Opera 9.27.

Maybe also interesting: I have migrated from 1.0-stable to the 0.2.-beta.
