RCM fails login (logs in but returns to home)

Description
Centos 5.2 fresh install. qmailtoaster + Rouncube
instaled RoundCube, with qtp-install-roundcube
When try to login, after login, the browser returns to login page. No special
messages.
Lokking at imap log, the RCM loged sucessfully
loking at rcm logs, everytime a NEW user (and only then) trys to login, we
get this message printed at rcm logs:

in /usr/share/roundcube/program/include/rcube_mdb2.inc on line 529
So i think that the user is not correctly created at rcm DB.
