New collapsable Folder List (IE 6 CSS Problem)

Description

IE 6 does not like the css of the new collapsable folderlist:

1.
If there are subfolders under INBOX and INBOX tree is expanded all subfolders are shown as selected. Problem does not occur with other folder trees than INBOX

2.
All subfolders of INBOX are shown with the INBOX folder icon. The icon is shown on the very left edge (icon is not indented). No problems like this with other folder trees than INBOX.

Should be fixed in [e1eb70b6]. I don't have the same folder structure to test but it worked fine for me on IE6.
Please test and reopen if the problem persists.
