Automatic new message check shouldn't display feedback

When checking for new messages RoundCube displays a loading message. This feedback is useful when the user has click the "Check for new message" button, but it is also displayed when RoundCube automatically checks for new mail.

RoundCube should only display the message when the user has manually initiated a check.

It should configurable at the global level. Also at the user level. And RC should give an error message if auto check failed. By default it should be ON.

No, do not add another config option that nobody understands. I vote for this patch because it also removes set_busy() for automatic checks. Sometimes it's annoying when you e.g. move a message and the operation is not executed just because a check-request is running and the client is set busy.
