Roundcube problem - PLEASE HELP!

Description
We are having a problem setting up Roundcube in Ubunta (Linux). Everything seems to be set up correctly, but once we send an email, it performs all tasks and even shows the email in Sent box that the email was sent through, but unfortunately the email is not received at the address it was originally sent to.
Basically it seems like RoundCube sent the email, but we never receive any of them. Squirrelmail is another option we are testing out. They are both on the dame server and reflects each others emails sent and received.
If we send from Squirrelmail, the emails get delivered, but as soon as we use Roundcuce... still no email received. Weird thing is though, there is no error message or anything.
Any suggestions? one of my technicians will be standing by.
